Rose heart health care believes medication support is one of our core values and our carers are trained and competent to do this and this is tailormade to meet the support you need.

We support with Prompting and reminding service users to take their medication. 

  • Help to take medication from packaging.
  • Help with administering medication.

MEAL PLANNING:

As time goes on it may be difficult for you to prepare your own drinks and meals.

Rosehearthealth care trained staff are there for you.

  • We help to make drinks. 
  • Plan meals to meet your nutritional needs.
  • Make the meals. 
  • Support you to compile a shopping list

SUPPORT WITH DOMESTIC CHORES:

Roseheart health care is there to support with domestic chores. Our staff are well experienced to perform domestic chores to the highest standard.

  • Vacuuming 
  • Tidying 
  • Dusting 
  • Proper disposal of rubbish 
  • Laundry 
  • Ironing

COMPANIONSHIP SERVICE:

At Roseheart health care we believe that companionship is the company of another person you enjoy spending time with.  Whether its  a social companion  to accompany you for outings or just small jobs around your house. We will work together and carefully match the companion for you. Companions help families carry on with other business with a peace of mind.

Whatever you enjoy doing we will find the right companion to support you.

The flexibility our service has been designed with the client in mind so that we deliver person centered care.

Our experienced carers will travel with clients on holiday ensuring that care needs are met.

Should you require some extra services like errands, our staff are happy to do so for you.
