I just wanted to email you to say thank you for all your help and support since I started back in September, and particularly over October with my dad passing away so suddenly. You made it less stressful for me at a really difficult time. It's always a pleasure to work for you and also Kelly with the rotas being consistent and sent regularly on time and the same clients.

2. Support from Office Staff The office staff are approachable, friendly, and always willing to listen. They handle day-to-day queries efficiently and make sure staff feel heard and understood. It’s reassuring to know support is there when situations become challenging. They are quick to respond when issues arise. They offer clear guidance and reassurance when dealing with service users’ needs. They show genuine appreciation for the hard work carers put in, which boosts morale.
3. Communication Communication between the office and care staff is one of the company’s strongest points. Updates are shared promptly so everyone stays informed. Shift changes or important notices are handled in a professional and timely manner. There’s an open-door policy—staff can raise concerns or suggest improvements without hesitation. This open and transparent communication helps build trust across all levels of the organisation.

I would like to acknowledge the high standard of care and service I consistently receive from Roseheart Healthcare. My care plan is fully person-centred, and I was actively involved in the development and writing of the care plan. This involvement ensures that my individual needs, preferences, and goals are accurately reflected and respected at all times.
My rights are consistently promoted, and I am always given clear choices regarding my care. The care team takes the time to explain options, listens carefully to my views, and supports me in making informed decisions. This approach makes me feel respected, valued, and fully included in my own care.
The carers demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity. They listen to me, communicate openly, and are always honest and transparent in their approach. I feel heard and supported, and my views are taken seriously at all times. The carers are kind and caring and always appear happy in their work.
In addition, the Roseheart Healthcare manager Sharon and office staff Kelly and Tasmin are consistently transparent and demonstrate a high level of skill and knowledge. Communication with the office is clear and effective, and I have confidence in the leadership and organisation of the service.

Good afternoon,
Just to say a massive thank you to the ladies that provide my care. Since Christmas, my health deteriorated, with Sepsis, pain, and the on-going treatment. It has been partially hard going over the last two weeks. Thankfully, things are starting to improve and hopefully the new chemotherapy treatment , will slow down my cancer.
I am so very grateful to have the support you give, and fortunate to be provided with such high standard of care. Thanks again
