a team of exceptional people.
Behind every great care organisation is a team of exceptional people. At Roseheart Healthcare, our team includes registered nurses and experienced care workers, all selected with the utmost care and rigour. Our nursing team is led clinically by Sarah Collins, ensuring that clinical oversight and expertise runs through every aspect of the care we provide. Every member of our team undergoes a thorough recruitment process, including enhanced DBS checks and comprehensive reference screening, to ensure that only the most committed and trustworthy individuals are welcomed into our clients homes.
Once in post, our care workers and nurses are trained to the highest standards personally overseen by Sharon Harris and Sarah Collins. From core care skills and safeguarding to specialist palliative care, end-of-life support and dementia awareness, every member of our team receives the knowledge, support and supervision they need to deliver truly outstanding care. Our palliative care training is shaped by Sarah’s extensive clinical background, ensuring that when it matters most, our whole team is equipped to care for clients and their families with the skill, sensitivity and compassion they deserve.
Our approach to staff development is not a one-off exercise — it is ongoing. Regular spot checks, competency assessments and one-to-one supervisions ensure that every care worker continues to grow and that the standard of care our clients receive remains consistently excellent. It is this culture of continuous improvement, shaped by leadership with a proven CQC Outstanding track record, that drives everything we do at Roseheart. We are committed to delivering care to Outstanding standards and look forward to demonstrating this at our first CQC inspection.
